Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases Only!

You may return your purchase up to 14 days of delivery, no exceptions. To initiate a return, please contact us and we will provide you with a Free Return Shipping Label. Please note Free returns do not apply to Provinces that do not qualify for free Shipping and Returns. Customer is responsible for shipping fees and they are not refundable! See Below.

• Northern Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland/Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick(these provinces do not qualify for free returns)

Return Guidelines:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Packaging: Please ensure the original packaging is protected. Do not apply tape directly to the shoe boxes, as a fee of 20% may be charged for any damage caused by tape.
• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify it is in good and resalable condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method, less $7.00 restocking/processing fee per pair.
• Customers located in the Northern Territories are responsible for their own return shipping charges.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different style or size, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps outlined above.
